What are the shipping costs?

Email free of charge (worldwide), letter post €4.95 / CHF 5, parcel post €4.95 / CHF 9, deliveries by post are only possible to delivery addresses in Europe.

How can I pay?

You can place your order using credit card, PayPal, prepayment, or invoice.

How long is the voucher valid?

Unless otherwise expressly agreed or stated in the information about the voucher in the online shop, the voucher can be redeemed within the statutory limitation period. This is three years and begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was purchased. The service must also be used within this period.

As a goodwill gesture, the validity is extended to 4 years from the date of purchase for all customers.
To prevent forgetting, the voucher states a validity period of 1 year.

The voucher can be used throughout the entire validity period for all offers, flights, and can be transferred to other persons.

How fast is the delivery?

Orders placed by 4:00 PM will be dispatched the same day via email or post. Orders after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day. Delivery time by post is 1–3 days (subject to receipt of payment for prepayment).

What does a group sightseeing flight look like?

You’ll fly as part of a group. The group consists of 3 to 5 people, depending on location and helicopter type. Group flights take place on weekends; scheduling is based on availability or request. The flight must be fully booked.

What is a private sightseeing flight “Exclusive Flight” like?

You fly with your own group. Free choice of date (365 days/year) and short-term bookings are possible (subject to availability). You are free to choose your route.

What is a trial flight / fly a helicopter yourself?

A trial helicopter flight gives you the unique opportunity to take the controls of a helicopter yourself under the professional guidance of an experienced flight instructor. You’ll experience the fascination of helicopter flying up close and fulfill the dream of becoming a pilot – at least for a while.

Trial Flight Procedure

Your trial flight begins with a theoretical introduction. The pilot will explain the basic functions, control elements, and important safety aspects. You’ll then enter the cockpit together, where you’ll be allowed to fly the helicopter under the instructor’s supervision. Depending on the chosen package, the pure flight time ranges between 20 and 60 minutes. We recommend 40–50 minutes.
